Can we bring our own alcohol?+

Yes — our vehicles are BYOB friendly for eligible events. You're welcome to bring beer, wine, and spirits. Illinois law requires all passengers consuming alcohol to be 21+.

How far in advance should I book?+

For weekend events between May and September we strongly recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead. Weekdays and off-season dates are more flexible. Same-week bookings are sometimes possible — call us directly and we'll check availability immediately.

Is a deposit required to reserve a vehicle?+

Yes, a deposit is required to hold your date and vehicle. The amount varies based on the vehicle and event type. We'll walk you through everything before you commit — no surprises.

What is the minimum rental time?+

Our standard minimum is 3 hours but is dependent on the date and vehicle. For airport transfers and point-to-point rides the minimum may vary. We'll always be upfront about this when we confirm your quote.

Do you serve areas outside Park Ridge?+

Yes — we serve all surrounding suburbs and greater Chicagoland including Des Plaines, Niles, Rosemont, Norridge, Glenview, Skokie, Evanston, Elk Grove Village, and more. Call us if you're unsure — we likely cover your area.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation Policies

By booking with My Park Ridge Limo Service, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits are NON-refundable. A deposit is charged to hold a reservation and take a vehicle of your choice off the market until the date of service. Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date at the start of the run.

🚗

Vehicle & Liability

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

💰

Damage & Fees

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused during the rental. Carpet or seat burn: $300.00 per occurrence. Sanitation fee: $1,000 (or at driver's discretion if anyone gets sick).

Overtime & Wait Time

Overtime pay applies after the first 10 minutes past prearranged time and is charged on an hourly basis. Wait time for other reservations is $30–$75 per every 15 minutes.

Conduct & Prohibitions

No food consumption in our limos. No smoking permitted. Drug use is prohibited by law — any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund for blatant indiscretion.

Airport Trips

We monitor all flights and adjust scheduling accordingly. We cannot guarantee vehicle availability when flights are more than 45 minutes late. Not responsible for delays caused by unsafe winter road conditions. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must meet the following timeframes to avoid charges.

✈️ Airport — Outbound

Must cancel at least 12 hours prior to reservation for a full refund.

✈️ Airport — Inbound

Must cancel at least 12 hours prior to departure for a full refund. Same applies to stretch limos and buses.

⏳ Airport Wait Time

Begins after 45 min for domestic, 60 min for international. Rate: $15 per 15 minutes.

🚘 All Other Reservations

Must cancel at least 7 days prior to avoid full charge. Any trip not cancelled within this timeframe will incur a full charge.

🚫 No Shows

Charged a full fare plus 20% gratuity. No exceptions.

🦠 Covid-19

All Covid-19 cancellations follow the same rules as outlined above.
